Janel is the Training and User Liaison for the GOES-R Program Product Readiness and Operations Team. She has been working with the GOES-R Program in user readiness for the past 4 years. She holds a M.S. in Geography and Environmental Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a B.S. in Meteorology from Saint Louis University.
